Three sections of Settings cover you and your team: Account, Organization and Members.

Opening Settings

Click your profile in the sidebar, then Settings. Everything below is a section in the left column of that page.

Your profile

Account opens a page headed Ve Profile. Your photo, name and email sit at the top, with a badge for your role in the workspace and the workspace name beside it. Edits save themselves. There is no Save button. Stop typing and Ve writes the change, then confirms it with a toast. A change the server rejects is rolled back to the old value in front of you. To change your photo, click the pencil on the circle. PNG, JPEG and WebP files are accepted.

Devices

Every session currently signed in to your account is listed under Devices with its platform, the app, the address it was last seen from, and how long ago that was. The one you are reading this on is marked This device. Sign out ends a session. Doing it for the current device asks you to confirm first, then returns you to the login screen.

Invitations and other workspaces

If someone has invited you to a workspace, the invitation appears on this page with an Accept button. It does not appear anywhere else in Ve. A Default Workspace picker appears once you belong to more than one workspace. It chooses which one Ve opens with.

Leaving and logging out

Leave this workspace takes two clicks and warns you first: your work will be lost and your team notified. Log out at the bottom of the page signs you out of Ve on this device and returns you to the login screen.

Your workspace

Organization is the workspace itself rather than your membership of it. The name sits at the top with a pencil beside it. Renaming gives you the leading part only, because the ve.ai ending is fixed and shown next to the field. A badge shows the workspace mode, either Stable, Early access or Suspended, and is read only here. These save on their own, exactly like the profile fields. The workspace avatar takes JPEG files only.
Delete is available to the workspace owner. Ve emails you a six digit code before it will proceed, and the deletion is permanent: pages, files, threads and Ve memory go for everyone in the workspace.

Who is in the workspace

Members lists people and groups across three tabs, each showing a count. A row gives the person’s name, their email, the groups they belong to and a role badge. Someone who has been invited but has not joined, or who has been suspended, carries a second badge saying so. The search box filters people by name or email, and groups by name or description.
When a workspace has more people than the list loads, a line underneath says how many of the total you are looking at.

Where this data lives

Your browsing stays on your Mac. Your typed chat goes from your Mac to the model provider you connected. Your memories and your identity live on your Ve account. Privacy and your data has the full table. Names, email addresses, workspace details and membership are stored by Ve, and every edit on these pages is a call to auth.ve.ai or us.api.ve.ai.
