Opening Settings
Click your profile in the sidebar, then Settings. Everything below is a section in the left column of that page.Your profile
Account opens a page headed Ve Profile. Your photo, name and email sit at the top, with a badge for your role and your workspace name beside it.
You won’t find a Save button. Stop typing and Ve writes the change, then
confirms it with a toast. If the server rejects something, you’ll watch it roll
back to the old value.
To change your photo, click the pencil on the circle. You can use PNG, JPEG or
WebP.
Devices
Devices lists every session currently signed in to your account, with its platform, the app, where it was last seen from, and how long ago. The one you’re reading this on is marked This device. Sign out ends a session. Do it for the device you’re on and Ve asks you to confirm, then drops you back at the login screen.Invitations and other workspaces
If someone invites you to a workspace, you’ll find the invitation on this page with an Accept button. It won’t show up anywhere else in Ve, so this is where to look. Once you belong to more than one workspace, a Default Workspace picker appears. It decides which one Ve opens with.Leaving and logging out
Leave this workspace takes two clicks and warns you first. You’ll lose your work and your team gets notified. Log out at the bottom of the page signs you out on this device and returns you to the login screen.Your workspace
Organization is the workspace itself, rather than your membership of it. The name sits at the top with a pencil beside it. When you rename it you only get the leading part, since theve.ai ending is fixed and shown next to the
field. The badge tells you the workspace mode, either Stable, Early access or
Suspended, and you can’t change it here.
These save on their own, exactly like your profile fields.
For the workspace avatar you’ll need a JPEG.
Who is in the workspace
Members lists people and groups across three tabs, each with a count.
Each row gives you the person’s name, their email, the groups they’re in and a
role badge. If someone’s been invited but hasn’t joined, or has been suspended,
you’ll see a second badge saying so. The search box filters people by name or
email, and groups by name or description.
If your workspace has more people than the list loads, a line underneath tells
you how many of the total you’re looking at.
Where this data lives
Your browsing stays on your Mac. Your chat goes from your Mac to the model provider you connected. Your memories and your identity live on your Ve account. Privacy and your data has the full table. Names, email addresses, workspace details and membership are stored by Ve, and every edit you make on these pages is a call toauth.ve.ai or us.api.ve.ai.
