Ve is a Mac app. There is no web version and no Windows or Linux build yet.

What you need

Ve does not run on Intel Macs. The download contains Apple silicon code only, so macOS will refuse to open it on an Intel machine whatever version it is running.

Download

Download Ve for macOS

Grab the latest .dmg from the releases page. It is around 300 MB.

Open the .dmg

Double-click it once it has downloaded.

Drag Ve to Applications

Then eject the disk image.

Open Ve

From Applications, or from Spotlight.

Updates

Ve checks for new versions on its own. When one is ready an Update button appears in the sidebar, and one click installs it. You never need to come back to the download page.

What happens next

Ve asks you to sign in before you browse, then offers to bring your old browser across. See Sign in and create a workspace.
