Ve does not sell you a model. It uses a subscription you already have.
Browsing works the moment you finish setup. Chat does not work until a model
is connected.
What you can connect
Connecting one
Pick a provider. What happens next depends on which one.
ChatGPT, Claude and Grok send you to the provider to sign in and approve
Ve, then bring you back.
GitHub Copilot and Kimi show a one-time code instead. Use Copy code,
then Open provider, sign in, and enter the code there.
Ve never sees your provider password either way. You sign in on the provider’s
own site, and it hands Ve a token.
What it costs
Nothing, on Ve’s side. There is no Ve plan, no billing and no credits. You pay
your model provider whatever you already pay them, and nothing changes about
that arrangement.
Where your prompts go
Connecting a provider means your typed chat messages reach that provider under
your own account, exactly as they would in its own app.
Voice is the exception. A spoken conversation goes through Ve’s servers to
carry the audio. See Chat with Ve.
